Services & Service Pages

Find, name, and manage your Residential, ISP, and Datacenter services, including Add GB, Auto add GB, extending, and renewing.

Every package you buy becomes a service with its own login. This page covers the services list, naming a service, and what you can do on each service's own page.

The services list

Open My proxies → All services in the sidebar. The Residential, ISP, and Datacenter rows under it open the same list filtered to that product. The sidebar shows how much residential traffic you have left and how many ISP and Datacenter IPs you hold. A product you don't own yet shows Buy instead and takes you to the buy page.

The list has:

  • Tabs: Active, one tab per product you own (Residential, ISP, Datacenter), Needs action (residential traffic at 10% or less, or a rental ending within 7 days), and Expired. Needs action and Expired only appear when they have something in them.
  • Sort: default order, newest first, expires soonest, or most traffic left.
  • Search: by service name, service ID, order ID, or a delivered IP.
  • Columns: service, location, usage, status, auto-renew, and one action per row: Add GB for a residential GB package, Extend for an ISP or Datacenter rental, or Open.

Renewing a recently expired service

Under the Active tab, a Recently expired card lists services that expired in the last 7 days. Renew within those 7 days to keep the same IPs and credentials. After that the service can no longer be renewed, and you buy a new one instead.

Naming a service

Click the pencil next to a service's name to rename it, for example by project or client. Press Enter or Save to keep the name, Escape or Cancel to drop it. Names are up to 40 characters, only show in your dashboard, and appear as "Residential · Scraping" next to the product name. Clear the name to go back to the plain product name.

You can rename from the services list, the Your services table on Overview, or the service's own page, and Ctrl K search finds services by their name.

Residential service page

The top of the page shows the service name, its short ID (click to copy), when it was bought and when it expires, the auto-renew switch, and Add GB.

Below that are four tiles:

  • Traffic left, out of the package total.
  • Used today, with yesterday, the last 7 days, and the total used.
  • At this pace: roughly how many days until the traffic runs out, based on the last 7 days.
  • Success rate and connection count over the last 7 days.

The rest of the page is in tabs:

TabWhat's there
SetupTargeting and rotation (presets, country, state, city, rotation type, and the generated proxy list) next to Connection details (endpoint, username, password), plus compact code examples.
StatisticsUsage charts and connection stats. See Usage Statistics.
Sub-usersExtra logins for the same package. See Credentials & Sub-Users.
OrdersThe orders for this service.

Add GB

Add GB (on the service page, the services list, Overview, or from Ctrl K) opens a dialog where you choose how many GB to add and how to pay: from your wallet balance, or by card or crypto. The extra GB goes into the same package, so your login stays the same.

Auto add GB

On a residential GB package, the Auto add GB card buys more traffic for you before you run out:

  • Pick an amount (5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 GB) and turn the switch on.
  • When the package gets down to 10% left, that amount is bought from your wallet into the same package. The login stays the same.
  • The card shows an estimate at today's price. The charge uses the price at the time of the purchase.
  • It buys once per low point. The next automatic purchase can only happen after you add GB yourself or the package renews.
  • If your wallet balance can't cover it, nothing is charged. You get the usual low-traffic alert instead, and the card shows why the last try did not run.

When Auto add GB is on, the low-traffic email and Telegram alert are skipped unless the automatic purchase fails. If you linked Telegram, the bot tells you when GB was added.

ISP & Datacenter service page

The top of the page shows the service name (rename it with the pencil), the IP count and countries, the expiry date, the service ID, Buy more IPs, and Extend.

Keep these IPs

The renew box shows the extension periods offered for the service (for example 30, 60, or 90 days) with the price for each and any discount for a longer period, plus the auto-renew switch. Extend before the expiry date and every IP and login stays the same. See Extending a service.

Your IPs

The connect panel and IP table give you every proxy on the service:

  • Protocol: HTTP or SOCKS5, with a Switch to option when the IPs can change protocol. Switching issues new passwords and the old ones stop working right away, so update your tools afterwards.
  • Format: ip:port:user:pass, user:pass@ip:port, ip:port@user:pass, a full URL, or ip:port for whitelisted IPs.
  • Copy all and Download .txt (or CSV) for the whole list.
  • Your IPs table: search by IP or username, show or hide passwords, and copy a single row.
  • Test it: a command to run in a terminal that prints the IP a site sees.

While an order is still being delivered, the page shows how many IPs are ready so far, and the rest appear as soon as they're delivered.

Expired and suspended services

An expired, suspended, or cancelled service stays visible so you can see its details, but changes are turned off. An expired service shows a Renew button while it is still inside its 7-day renew window.
