Notifications & Alerts
The notifications bell, alerts on the Overview page, and how to choose which service alerts reach you by email and on Telegram.
Proxio tells you when a service needs you: a rental about to end, residential traffic running low, a failed auto-renewal, or an order waiting for payment. You see these in the dashboard, and you can get service alerts by email and on Telegram.
The notifications bell
The bell in the top bar lists what needs you now:
- A service that expires within 7 days, or today.
- A residential service running low on traffic.
- An order waiting for payment.
- A service that expired but can still be renewed.
- New replies to your support tickets.
Click an item to go straight to the page that fixes it. A dot on the bell means there's something you haven't seen yet. Opening the menu marks the items as seen, and that seen state is saved on your account, so it carries over to other browsers and devices.
Alerts on Overview
The top of the Overview page shows one-line alerts with a button to act on each:
- Your next service to expire, when that's within 7 days (Extend).
- A residential service with 10% or less traffic left (Add GB), unless Auto add GB is on and working for it.
- A residential service that will run out in about 3 days or less at its current pace (Add GB), when Auto add GB is off.
- Unpaid orders (Pay now).
Service alerts by email and Telegram
Go to Settings → Service alerts to choose where each alert reaches you. Every alert has its own Email and Telegram switch:
| Alert | When it's sent |
|---|---|
| Service about to expire | About a day before, and again about 2 hours before. |
| Residential traffic running low | When 10% or less is left. |
| Auto-renew failed | When your wallet is short at renewal time. |
All alerts start switched on. Telegram alerts work once you've linked the Telegram bot: they are on by default from the moment the bot is linked, and the Telegram switches stay unavailable until then. Turn off any alert you don't want.
Auto add GB and the low-traffic alert
If Auto add GB is on for a residential service, the low-traffic alert is only sent when the automatic purchase fails. On Telegram, the bot tells you when GB was added for you.
